the second time I order from this seller, the second time they charge me VAT again. I would be mad if the stones weren't beautiful so I don't have the heart to leave a lower rating. Especially because the seller is excellent in communication and always goes out of his way to meet. So, despite the VAT, I will buy again.

This charge is not done by me, is according to the country where is going to. This are international agreements between countries, is out of my control. The charge is 25% of cost of merchandise if is going to Croatia.
