Just an awful experience. $2500+ on a shower system that after 3 weeks still wasn’t shipped and was in “pending” status for them. Incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone @ the sellers company to status. So relieved eBay stepped in and refunded me. I highly doubt they would have. If you’re on the fence, AVOID them.
