 Q: Can you please combine my orders? How do I pay for multiple items?
  A: If you would like to purchase multiple items combined into one order, just continue purchasing items and proceed to checkout when you're done shopping. You will see all of your items have been consolidated into one order with only one charge for shipping.
 Q: What is your return policy? How long do I have to return an item?
  A: Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 60 days from your item's ship date.Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

Please Note:

    • If items are returned after our 60 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.

 Q: Do you offer any discounts on multiple quantities?
  A: Unfortunately at this time we are not running any discounts on our products. If you would like to sign up for our store newsletter you will be notified about any promotions or sales we are offering. The link to sign up for our newsletter is in the upper right hand corner of our eBay store.
 Q: What is the condition of this product?
  A: All of our products are new, authentic and officially licensed.
 Q: What if my item is damaged?
  A: All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 90 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Once we have received your order it will be processed & shipped within the time frame shown when checking out. Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, should the method you selected at checkout include tracking.


Please Note: Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility. The processing time is different for each item and can be located on the item's description page, just under the item's image. Transit time begins once the order has completed this processing time and has shipped from our facility. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
 Q: What do I do if my package never arrived?
  A: All lost packages must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date for packages shipped. If we are notified of a lost package after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Standard Shipping costs are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipping destination. However, you can order one item or many items from our store and pay only one shipping cost. This applies to the 48 contiguous states, APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes. Shipping times vary based on location. Unfortunately our carrier does not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. Please see our listings for a complete breakdown of shipping costs and expected arrival time.
 Q: Do you offer expedited shipping options?
  A: At this time we offer 3-day and 2-day shipping options to the United States (excluding APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes). We also offer expedited international shipping options for some international countries. Please see our listings for a complete breakdown of shipping costs and expected arrival times.
 Q: Can you offer a better price on a product?
  A: The price listed for each product is the best price we can offer. We can’t give discounts from the prices shown.
 Q: Can you Ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
  A: Unfortunately our carrier does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico; therefore we cannot accept orders from those areas at this time. Please check back to our listings periodically as this is subject to change.
 Q: Where’s my international order?
  A: All international orders ship via Landmark Global. Please see our listing for an estimated shipping time based on your location.
 Q: Size Information
  A: Please visit our size chart ( to get accurate size information on our product. Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide exact measurements of products at this time. Please note, If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund.
 Q: What is your communication response time?
  A: Please allow two business days for us to answer your questions. If you have not heard back from us within two days please resend your question.
 Q: Do you charge sales tax?
  A: Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S., where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes.

The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. The amount appearing on your order is an Estimated Tax and may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Gift wrap and shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Gift Card purchases are not taxable, however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to an address where we collect sales tax. Tax will be refunded for returned items.

For shipments to Canada, we collect 26.5% for duties and taxes.

For shipments to the European Union, we collect 23% for duties and taxes.
