All working and fully functional items are sold with a 14 day return policy. All items must be received by us within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team so please be sure to contact us using ebay's messaging system prior to making a return as we will provide you with specific instructions. When you contact us, please reference your ebay user ID, item title, item ID #, name, and reason for return. Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. You must include your name, ebay ID, item number, and name on the outside of the package when you mail it back to our facility. You must also add a tracking confirmation number and use an expedited mail service to ensure your device is received in a timely manner. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We will contact you within 1-3 business days of receiving your return and process your refund through Paypal. It may take several additional business days for Paypal to process your refund and credit the funds back to your card or account.
