The computer arrived very well packaged and in very clean condition inside and out. The item was as described, however unfortunately it was defective. After communicating with the seller, they have agreed on a refund and mailed a pre-paid return label. The communication was very professional.Based on this experience (and the unfortunate need to test their return policies) I would definitely recommend this seller and seek to do business again.
