After several requests to provide tracking information and more than two weeks later seller still refused to tell me when item would arrive. Filed request for refund and hand to have Ebay step in. Ebay immediately provided a refund since no tracking information was provided.

Run the other way from this seller! My item never arrived, seller refused to provide tracking info and continuously passed the blame on EBay and shipping. They were rude and unprofessional from the start and have no business being a seller on EBay as they clearly do not have a clue about proper customer service. I had to open a case with EBay to receive my refund which was found in my favor within 30 minutes. This seller should be banned from EBay. Horrible experience!

Asked numerous times for refund which they refused. Had to get ebay to refund money. On a positive note. They were very responsive and replied to messages quickly, even on a Sunday.
