All of our items come directly from manufacturers and retailers and are guaranteed 100% authentic or your money back. Some of the products we offer were previously available for sale in a catalog or retail store and may have been handled by their customers however 99% show no signs at all.
In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show signs of handling.
The following are examples of slight imperfections that are possible and will not be noted as flaws in the description.
Items may have multiple price tags or stickers that indicate multiple markdowns.

How do I know if apparel is true to size?
Sizing often varies between designers. Please refer to the Sizing Guide or the brand manufacturer's website for more specific sizing information.
Are measurements available?
We supply some measurements, but because of our low starting prices we are unable to list all measurements.

Due to manufacturer variations in materials, fabric and stretch content, we cannot be responsible if measurements are not exact.

How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase?

If you need your order sooner, we offer Express Delivery and your items will leave our warehouse within one business day of the payment date.
We recommend to customers who are having orders sent to Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Poland, Spain and Ukraine, to choose Express Delivery to receive your packages sooner.
Due to slow customs processes, packages can take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive.

Why does the photo look different than the stated color?
Due to differences in lighting, fabric textures, and your computer settings, colors can differ. We try to describe the color exactly as the manufacturer has described it. However, we are not responsible if the item color differs slightly from the color on your monitor.
How do I return my order?
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms and fashion jewelry).
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs.
1. Print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be completely filled out and included with the returned package.
2. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you.
If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
3. When we receive your package we will process the return within 14 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box.
