1. I am a wholesaler and would like to purchase in bulk. How can I contact you?

A. You can write us the codes of the items on eBay that you are interested in and we will get back to you with their wholesale prices.

 

2. What is Combine shipping. How can I get combine shipping?

A. Combine shipping is where you purchase two or more items from same seller and get a discount on shipping rates. For this, write us on eBay the codes and the quantity you would like to purchase. We will get back to you with the combine shipping rates.

 

3. What if, I would like to return the goods back to you?

A. couturechics offers flexible 30 Days Return Policy where you may return the items back to us in original condition. On receipt of the item in satisfactory condition, the refund will be made to your Pay pal account. Please give us a week’s time to process the refund.

NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are Non-refundable.

 

4. What are customs duties and other charges? How may I know about it?

A. Customs are the duties levied by government on imported goods. These custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be.

 

B. The courier company will collect these charges from the buyer at the time of delivery and deposit the same to the customs. this is not to be mistaken as shipping cost charged by us.

 

5. How can I trace my ordered item?

A. Every shipment has a tracking number which we be upload on eBay and also mail to the respective buyer. The parcel status can be tracked on the carrier(s) website or you can write to us for it. We keep a track of every shipment till the time it is delivered to the consignee.

 

6. How long does it take for delivery? What is manufacturing process time?

A. Ours is the Handmade Jewelry that is made to order. Every ordered item will be processed once the payment has been recorded. It takes approx 10 business days to process and ship any order though we always try for the fastest possible. Any further delay is always informed about. Items in stock are shipped within 24hrs of payment confirmation.

 

7. Do you make customized jewelry as well?

A. Yes we can customize our designs as per the buyer’s preference or can make your designs as well. Please mail us the sketch/ reference image that needs customization and we will get back to you with the details.

 

8. Do you supply certificates?

A. No, we do not provide any certification for our jewelry.

 

9. Is all your jewelry handmade with Natural Gemstones?

A. Yes, Jewelry at Gemco Findings is completely Handmade with untreated, unheated 100% natural gemstones and diamonds.

 

10. The diamond of the purchased item is missing, how can I repair it?

A. We check all our pieces before shipping but many a time the stones or diamond comes off due to some mishandling in transit. In this case we advise you to get it repaired at your place and we will refund the repair charges to your Pay Pal account. The other not so simple option is to send it back to us and we will repair it and ship again to you. This not only is time consuming but also involves extra charges (return shipping and customs) which the buyer has to pay. There is also the option of exchanging the item for some other piece from our eBay store if you prefer to send it back to us.

 

11. How do I care for my jewelry?

12. How can I leave feedback?

A. The eBay login dashboard shows your purchase history and at the very right of each of the ordered item you will find a drop down menu with the option of rating the seller and leaving your valuable feedback. Please write to us if you still have an issue with this and we will guide you thru the process. Your valuable feedback is important for us, so we request you to please rate us on every transaction.

 

13. Can my ordered items be dispatched with low value invoice or as gift to save me the import duties, taxes and other compulsory charges?

A. We can write the item as gift but cannot declare it of lower value in the invoice. This is not only against our companies’ norms but also custom laws of our country.
