Item was missing the hardware to put the loft bed together so contacted the seller and let them know fedex delivered it damaged. In my opinion it looked like someone ripped it to get the hardware. Seller said they would look into it and I haven't gotten any response, also was supposed to be delivered from New Jersey and instead was delivered from California which took four days longer. Definitely would not recommend seller. It cost me $70 dollars just to get hardware, so my son would have a bed.

These boxes are extremely cheap and thin. They are not shipping boxes. They crumple in your hand. If you are looking to save money by buying these to ship items in, look elsewhere.
Additionally, packaging was awful and the entire box arrived ripped up and destroyed.

The order was marked to be delivered on May 18th, then 20th, then 24th. I contacted the seller three times. The first-time I was told to give it some more time 4-10 days. I contacted the seller the second time saying hey I contacted Fed Ex they lost the package I opened a case, It would help if you the sender go in touch with them. Last message saying Fed Ex tracking said my package was in NJ and would be delivered by 6. I said if the package doesn't arrive by 6 today I would ask for a refund.
