Do You Offer Local Pick up?

We are offering the option to our customers on the region to pick up items they might need in a hurry and cannot wait on the mail, first we must be contacted via eBay email so we can arrange meeting and item, and well proceed from there. Item must be already Paid and if possible, is better to contact us before buying. Thank you

Where is My Tracking Number?

Please note that we ship all items within 1 business day after payment is clear. Some Items are ship only with delivery confirmation based on price and the option that you chose at the moment of payment. You can find All tracking and deliver confirmation numbers in the details of the item you purchased, since we add it to all of them same minute we ship.

What is the delivery time on International Orders?

Please note that we ALWAYS ship within 1 business day after payment is done, If you chose First Class Mail, which is the cheapest one, the item will take AT LEAST 21 days to arrive and can be up to 45. First class Mail do not offer tracking service, Just delivery confirmation. If you want the item to be tracked and arrive sooner please chose priority or Express mail. You can contact us if any question. Thanks!

Do you Combined Shipping?

Most of our Items have either Free Shipping or calculated so when you buy several units you won’t be charge full shipping cost, in case you buy many items please let me know before I will give you a final discount or send best offer on each and I will accept if price is reasonable.

Do you Accept Money Orders?

Ebay has Prohibited the use of money order.

Return Address?

My shipment shows sent last year ?

Sometimes USPS is running maintenance and certain tracking number are showing last year dates, but if you enter the tracking on their webpage you'll see the correct location of your item and that we have sent it as stated. You can always send us an email if you have any doubts. Thank you

Product Defective?

No Problem On this case please always contact us, we can help you resolve or reach an agreement on what you and we can do to resolve any issue you might have with the item. Please let us know if you want refund or replace?

Do you work on Weekends?

We do not open on weekends.
Any purchase made on Friday after 2 pm, Saturday, & Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning before 11 am.
We will do as fast as possible, but we want to make it clear, just in case.
