PAYMENT
Paypal is our only accepted method of payment. Your paypal account must be a Verified Paypal account.
  • We recommend selecting "Immediate Pay" as "eCheck" may take 2-8 days to clear. Orders will not be processed until payments have been cleared.
  • We prefer to ship to a confirmed Paypal address and may contact to you for additional verification.
  • In accordance with CA City and County Sales and Use Tax Rates, California orders are subject to sales tax.
SHIPPING
All shipping information is protected and confidential. We do not share this information to any outside or third parties.
  • Shipping Time
    Most orders are processed by 11AM Monday through Friday. If your purchase is made after 11AM, it will be processed the following business day. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours which end at 5PM. Tracking information will be available after the shipment leaves our facility. We observe all USPS holidays.

  • Free Shipping
    Free shipping is available only for domestic locations including the 48 contiguous United States, Military APO & FPO and Puerto Rico. Delivery services are provided by DHL/USPS.

  • Tracking Information
    Tracking information will be provided directly to your eBay account via email within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our facility. If you do not receive confirmation, please check all folders in your in box (spam, junk, etc).

  • Shipping Errors
    The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address prior to completing a transaction. We may contact you if we have questions about your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are returned due to insufficient or undeliverable addresses. Due to high volume of orders, we may not contact you if your order is return.
WARRANTY
Our 30-day warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects only.
Photo confirmation is required.
What is not covered by Warranty?
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidental abuse
  • Abnormal use of product
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product that has been modified or altered
Most defective orders are replaced free of charge only after photo confirmation is provided.
EXCHANGE
Exchanged items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
Exchanges will only be made for items that are equivalent to or less than the original purchase amount.
Please follow the return procedure as shown above.
In your package, please make sure to include your transaction number or eBay username.
Please also include exchange instructions (model/type color, etc).

International orders are not eligible for exchange.
RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased directly from Caseology are eligible for return.
Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition in original packaging. This includes any materials, accessories, package inserts, booklets, and warranty cards. A minimum 20% restocking may apply based on the item·s condition. We do not require an RMA number for returned or exchanged orders.
