As described, it was new in package. Shipped promptly in a bubble envelope. Seller's asking price was very fair, but shipping seemed a tad high. When queried, seller didn't know if the pillow cover was polyester (outdoor) or cotton/linen (indoors). This can be found by unzipping the zipper & reading the tag. I appreciated the fact that they replied. Had a hunch it was indoor, so bought it, and indeed it was (see photo). It will go well with Ballard's french knot curtains. Thank you!

Fantastic find! I’ve been wanting these docs but kept hesitating as I didn’t want to spend $200 on them. So glad I discovered this seller and listing. I got them for less than half the retail price and they’re perfect! The original box was damaged and indicated in the listing. However, it was all taped up and placed into a shipping box with bubble wrap! The boots are brand new, in perfect condition and they were packaged with extra care. Do not hesitate to buy from this seller. Top notch!
