Please note: Orders of QC®15 headphones customized with ColorWare are created just for you; returns on this product within 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Should you wish to return an item within the return period, please go to My eBay Returns to initiate a return.
To return your item:

  1. Click "My eBay", found at the top of most eBay screens.
  2. In the Activity tab, under Purchases, find the item you want to return. Then, click "More actions" for that item.
  3. Click "Return this item".
  4. Choose if you'd like a refund or replacement.
  5. Select your reason for returning the item and enter your comments to the seller. Reasons include:
    • No longer want item
    • Found better price
    • Wrong size or doesn't fit
    • Missing parts or pieces
    • Damaged during shipping
    • Item defective
    • Item expired
  6. Click "Continue".
  7. Review the reason for your return and any refund information, such as responsibility for shipping charges. Then, to confirm you want to return the item, click "Return this item"
  8. Print the shipping label and packing slip provided.
  9. Ship the item back within 5 business days.

Returning a product
If you purchased a product with Bose and feel that it just isn't right for you:

  1. Call 1- 800-941-2673 or send us a message here to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return and expedites the return credit process.
  2. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
  4. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

  5. When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow 2 -3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
If you purchased your product at a Bose store, please return it to the original store of purchase. Bose stores cannot accept returns of products purchased from Bose on eBay or by phone. Also, Bose does not accept returns of Bose products purchased from other retailers.
