HOW TO MANUALLY REDEEM YOUR DISCOUNT OR ADJUST EBAY INVOICE:

♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫

Effective December 2008, all our winning bidders whose combined orders (sum of all winning bids) qualify for a discount or postage rebate, will be required to calculate their discount THEMSELVES and deduct it from their invoice amount MANUALLY when making a payment. We regret that we will no longer be able to provide customer support to each and every customer who inquires about how to redeem the discount.

We will tolerate minor calculation and rounding errors not exceeding $1.00 per payment

PLEASE rest assured that this technical problem is NOT deliberate and does NOT aim to manipulate or abuse our customers.

Namely, eBay does not have the ability to allow us to adjust the customer’s invoice to reflect the promotional discount we grant to our customers based on the size of their order.  For eBay, our promotional discount DOES NOT EXIST.  eBay will only allow a marginal correction to the invoice, and even then only to the postage amount, not to the principal amount of the order.

To fix this minor, but persistent problem, the winning bidder has two options at his disposal when paying by PayPal. The first option is to request us to send a PayPal (not eBay!) invoice for the adjusted, correct amount. If you are selecting this option, please send us your registered PAYPAL (not eBay) e-mail address after the auction closes.

However, there is a simpler, and easier way, of correcting this problem and we urge all our customers who receive incorrect total amounts to MANUALLY ADJUST THE TOTAL THEMSELVES when paying by PayPal.

IMPORTANT NOTE:   PLEASE – PLEASE!! – AVOID OVERPAYMENTS. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RECONCILE OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT DURING AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTIONS END AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE REFUND FOR AT LEAST FOUR (4) WEEKS AFTER THE OVERPAYMENT HAD OCCURRED.

Here are the step-by-step instructions to adjust your eBay invoice:

(1) Log on to your PayPal account

(2) Click on "send money" at the top of the page.

(3) In the "recipient's e-mail" field, enter our registered PayPal address (this address is the same as our registered eBay address: you can find our e-mail address on your “my eBay” page, or in the checkout e-mail message you will receive from eBay after the auction ends).

(4) In the “amount” field, enter the full, amount of your order (this is the sum of all your winning bids, minus any volume discounts, if you qualify, plus applicable postage  To see our discount chart  and our postage rebates CLICK HERE

(5) In the “currency  field, enter: USD  (please do NOT send payments in other currencies)

(6) In the “category of payment” field, we recommend (do not insist) that you select: “Goods (other)” . We do NOT recommend that you use "eBay items" as the category of payment, as you will be prompted to enter each and every item, which can be tedious and time-consuming.

(7) In the "note" field, enter: Payment for eBay items #s… (you can, but you do not have to, itemize your items or provide individual titles or auction numbers). If you decide to itemize, simply enter all your won auction numbers, separated by commas (for example: 123456789,  024681012,  1369121518, etc)

(8) Click on "continue".

(9) On the next page, verify that the information you submitted is corrected, and then click on "submit the payment". If PayPal asks you to enter the amount of postage, please do one of the following:

-         If you DO NOT qualify for postage rebate, enter the full amount of your postage, as shown on your eBay invoice (do not deduct any amount from the required postage).

-         If you DO qualify for postage rebate and your required postage is lesser than $20.00: enter zero ($0.00), because your $20.00 postage rebate exceeds your required postage.  If, however, your required postage EXCEEDS your $20.00 postage rebate, enter only the differential between the two (for example, if your required postage is $24.80 and you qualify for a $20.00 rebate, enter only $4.80 in the postage field)

-         If your order (sum of all won items) EXCEEDS $1,000.00 – CONGRATULATIONS! Your postage is free!  If this is the case, enter zero ($0.00) in the postage field.

(10) After you send the payment, go to your "myEbay" page, and do one of the two things: you can either manually delete your item(s) = OR = you can manually mark the item(s) as "paid". This will then update the status of your payment to "paid".

IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF YOUR POSTAGE OR DISCOUNT, PLEASE ASK US FOR A PAYPAL INVOICE.

YOU MUST OPEN AND REGULARLY CHECK YOUR E-MAIL BOX (NOT YOUR EBAY PAGE) TO RECEIVE OUR E-MAIL !!!

If you plan to bid on more than one of our auctions = or = if you have already won our other items, PLEASE DO NOT send separate, individual payments for each item. Instead, please WAIT a short while until all our auctions have ended and then "bundle" all your items in one, single payment. Failing to do so will make our life miserable and inevitably delay your shipment.

Please let us know if any other questions arise and we will gladly provide additional instructions or information.

Thank you for your patronage!
