How to Return
To return a product for any
reason, please call us at 1-888-901-9990 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process
your return. Products, along with their original packaging, must be
returned to us intact and in new condition. Please note that returning
an item for any reason besides receiving incorrect or defective merchandise
will incur shipping charges that you are responsible for. Items with free shipping are contingent upon the buyer keeping the item and all products returned to us for any reason other than defective or incorrect merchandise may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or the deduction of our original cost of shipping, whichever is lesser.
Check all merchandise for damage
or defect as soon as you receive an order and before using it.
In the event that you have received the wrong item, or a defective item,
email us at the above address within 72 hours. We will refund
you or replace the item at no charge. If we send you a replacement product
we will provide a UPS Return Tag so that you can return unused merchandise
to us at no cost.
In the event that you are sending
a return item back to us, please note that we are not responsible for
lost or damaged packages. For this reason we recommend that you use
a shipping method that offers signature confirmation, tracking and insurance.

Returns will only be accepted
within 30 days of receiving the product, and only if a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. Bell's
Bike Shop reserves the right to refuse refunding any package returned
to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within three
(3) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, or the
day the package is delivered).

When shipping an item back
to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any carrier that offers
signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for
lost or damaged packages. The customer agrees to the responsibility
of shipping and insurance charges as well as any loss or damage risks
associated with shipping, just as we do when we ship items to you.
We will not accept returns
if it is clear the item has been used or installed, or if the item is
damaged or defective due to misuse. This is why it is important that
all orders are inspected immediately upon receiving them and we are
made aware of any issues within the allotted time period.
All requests to change or cancel
an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives.
Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order
may ship. Please confirm that your order is correct before submitting
your order. An order that has already received
tracking cannot be cancelled. Please call us to set up a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.
