When my order will be dispatched?
Our aim is to ship all the orders as soon as possible.(Over 90% orders are sent within 24hrs window) In busy periods in may take up to 3 working days. Once the item has been dispatched you will receive a notification via email.

What is pre-order item?
In the beginning of the month most of model manufacturers release the images of the prototype models which will be produced by the end of the month and will be available for sale. Pre-order service allows you to reserve the future model for yourself and it will be sent as soon as model arrives to our premises.
Do I need to pay for Pre-order model straight away?
Yes you do, and you can cancel your item at any time with no obligations.
I placed an order for pre-order item, but I have changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
Yes you can. If you placed an order and you would like to cancel it - we will do it free of charge for you. Please contact us by email.
I placed an order a while ago, but still it hasn't been delivered.
