- Domestic returns are accepted within 7 days of a buyer receiving the item(s). Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt.
- Contact us via the ebaY message system to request a return authorization e-mail. Include the following:
- ebaY Item Number
- Reason for Return
- Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- There is a $10 restock fee unless there is a problem with the auction.
- International Returns are prohibited .
- The item must be packaged as received and returned in the same condition as it left our facility.
- Brand New items in the original package will not be accepted for return if there are any signs of wear or handling.
- The Hitch-N-Post reserves the right to determine the refund or shipping reimbursement amount once the item is returned.
- Any shipping reimbursement back to The Hitch-N-Post will be paid at the USPS Parcel Post rate excluding insurance, signature confirmation, or other additional services.
- Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt

Manufacturers reserve the right to mark inventory in a manner so that merchandise cannot be returned to the manufacturer or its authorized retail channels of trade. All returns for merchandise purchased from The Hitch-N-Post must be processed according to The Hitch-N-Post return policy listed in the return policy link or in the ebaY listings of The Hitch-N-Post.
