I am glad to ship internationally and have a very good feedback from Worldwide buyers. However, due to the high cost of international shipping, the problem in some areas with shipping, custom problems, and the difference in cultures and languages, I can not guarantee safe delivery.
I generally send items First Class International and they are not trackable or insurable. However, in the case an item is lost I can provide you with a customs number and a post office receipt number to show I sent it. However, I can not issue a refund if an item is lost or damaged in shipment.
The cost of Priority Mail is very expensive (about 4 times as much as First Class International) but it is insurable and trackable. E-mail me if you want a quote.
