If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 60 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged).
Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
DO NOT return items with water damage to the packaging. Customers MUST send photos to email@example.com of the item and the damaged packaging in lieu of returning the item for a refund. Once images are received and Zoro confirms the damage the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department through Ebay messaging. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm, and Saturdays from 7am to 5pm (CT).

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
Returns received at Zoro without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Once your order is placed you will not be able to cancel the order. Once you receive the item, please contact the Zoro customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and a free shipping label. Please contact customer service through Ebay messaging.
International Return Policy
At this time, all orders using the Global Shipping Program will be final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if a buyer feels the need to return an item, they must pay for their own return shipping. Order defects will be handled on a case by case basis. In the event of a refund, the seller is only responsible for refunding the item price (USD) and the domestic shipping paid to send the item to the Global Shipping Provider.
