What are my payment options?
You can pay using a PayPal account or using a credit card through PayPal.

Can I use a promo code on Ebay?
There are no promo codes for use on Ebay; you can register on our site to receive email and direct mail communications.

Can I bid on Zoro’s items or give a Best Offer?
All Zoro items are “Buy it Now” items. We do not accept Best Offers or Bids.

Are your items new or used?
All Zoro items are brand new.

Can I get a discount if I order in larger quantities?
We only sell items at the price at which they are listed. We advertise our lowest price possible on all of our products. If you purchase 1 or 1,000 of an item, you will still receive the same great price!

What types of shipping options does Zoro offer?
For the time being, we only offer ground shipping through Ebay.

How much is shipping if I buy more than one item?
Shipping is $5 on all orders under $50 no matter how many items you purchase. If your combined order total is over $50, shipping is FREE.

Where do you ship from?
We ship Zoro stocked items out of six warehouses strategically located across the country. More specifically, they are in California (one in sunny SoCal and one in breezy NorCal), Illinois (the Land of Lincoln), South Carolina (the Land of Mustard BBQ sauce) and Texas (the warehouse there is bigger).

How many days does it take to receive my item(s)?
Zoro stocked items will generally ship within one business day. Depending on your location, you should receive your item within 3–7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry but you cannot cancel an order once your order has been placed. To return your item, please contact Zoro Ebay Messaging when you receive your item.

How do I return an item I ordered on Ebay?
Please contact our customer service department by using Ebay Messaging and let them know you would like to return your item. They will walk you through the process and provide a shipping label for the return.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm (CT), and Saturdays 7am to 5pm (CT).

Do I have to pay shipping on a return?
No, we will send you a free return label. All you have to do is drop the box off at a UPS store or schedule a pickup.

What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
We would rather this never happened, but if it does, contact us through Ebay messaging. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange and give you instructions for returning the item.

Is the item I ordered in stock?
We are very careful to only list items that we have in stock. If for some reason we run out of an item we will contact you and refund your money as soon as possible.

What is the warranty on your products?
Zoro warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by Zoro to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Zoro shipping costs prepaid will be replaced or the purchase price refunded.

What if the picture does not match the product attributes?
