Dear customer, if for some reason a package is delayed or get lost; please communicate with us before initiating any action. Be sure that we always provide the best solution. The situation will be resolved if there is goodwill on both sides. We never evade our responsibility or stop working in the best resolution of the problem. 
Being the first company in Uruguay we are respectful dealers, we have been selling biological material for more than 30 years and we can offer hundreds of commercial references throughout the world.





This product is only supplied on the basis that the buyer accepts these conditions:

1) We expect payment within 10 days of auction ending time.


2) This item that you are buying is the one you are seeing. Please make all questions before bidding.


3) We combine shipping. A number of items sent together will reduce postage costs.


4) We provide the tracking number immediately after dispatch.


5) At present we cannot provide any paper. Buyers should be aware of local import regulations and will be responsible for adhering to all rules and restrictions. No refund if confiscation.


6) We may provide a similar item if possible, or refund. Refund does not include shipping cost, custom delays, and damage due severe weather conditions.

If you buy a fresh specimen, it will take around 7-10 days to prepare it properly.

The time of delay of the mail will depend on the system of distribution of each country and the adverse circumstances that could appear as strikes, holiday or delay customs, in the particular case that the order was lost the Uruguayan mail service will start searching the package after 45 days since the date of the shipping.
