While there was adequate packing material AROUND the containers there was none BETWEEN the containers; I emailed the seller and never heard anything back from them. Negative feedback was left for the sellers packaging method and the bad customer service.

Made the wrong purchase, sent messages to seller immediately and was ignored. Was going to cancel and buy a more expensive version of knives as I did not want serrated kitchen knives. Only noticed it in picture when blowing it up, not in description at all. This seller is very pour at communication. Shipped next day, no care about customer messages.
