OUR STORE POLICIES

Payment
We prefer Pay-Pal but you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card directly with PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account). We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if it is not as described and it is returned unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt. Sales tax will be added to all packages shipped to addresses within the state of California. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer.

Return Policy
If you receive an item and the condition is not as we described, send us an email within 30 days of receipt. If we can't make you happy you may return it but you'll need an Return Material Autorization (RMA). We'll refund the purchase price if the item is returned unused and unopened. Any item purchased and used, even once, is not returnable if the item is not defective. Send us e-mail to obtain an RMA number. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

Shipping
We usually ship your purchase within 24 hours from receipt of cleared payment. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS. All items are shipped insured. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available. Most items are stocked in and shipped directly from our warehouse. A few items that are not in our warehouse when we receive your order will be sent directly from the distributor. All custom made items susch as made-to-order antenna cables and outdoor CAT5 & 6 Ethernet Cables as sent directly from our fabrication facility in California.

Purchases by Buyers outside the USA
Many of our buyers are in countries around the world. We ship packages to any country in the world. Payment must be made in US Dollars an must include the cost of the articles purchased anlong with the costs of postage, handling, customs documentation and insurance. On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer.

Shipments of packages outside the USA
Most of our packages are small enough to be sent using the economical the United States Postal Service First Class Package International service. Electronic Delivery Confirmation of First Class Package International is available on packages sent to the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Israel, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, and Switzerland

If the package is too big or if it weighs over 4 pounds (1.8 kilograms) if can only be sent using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Express Mail International. We are also able to send packages using FedEx Air service.

Packages to the following countries are sent only by Priority Mail International: Russia and CIS countries, Bolivia, Paraguay, several countries in Africa and a few other countries. Send us an email if you require additional information click HERE.

On shipments outside the USA, import costs, duty and taxes (if required) are paid by the buyer. We indicate only the cost of the article purchased on the customs declaration on the package.

We provide free on-line Technical Support on all items purchased from us. We are an EnGenius Authorized Elite Business Solutions dealer and have earned the Elite designation because of the pre and post sales technical support that we provide.  We specialize in providing wireless internet solutions for campgrounds, RV parks, farms, schools, business parks, apartments, condominiums, motels and other similar situations. Privacy
Data: When you make your purchase and we process your order we collect and store personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. We also collect information about your payment method and the authorization code that we receive from the payment processor. We DO NOT collect or store any credit card account or payment data other than that we have already described. We DO NOT collect or store your credet card account or bank issuer information. We do not share your personal data with other companies.

Marketing email: If you receive any marketing email message from Your Technology Place/Senior Computer Services that you do not wish to receive or which you consider to be spam, please contact us click HERE. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, we honor all unsubscribe requests using the link in the email sent to you.

Security: We take reasonable steps to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. We encrypt transmission of data on pages where you provide payment information. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.
