Bad experience with this seller despite all the glowing reviews. The seller falsely claimed that my package would be shipped out the next business day, completely ignored my shipping inquiries, and only responded right away when I requested to cancel the order. The only positive was that I received an instant cancellation and refund. I'm honestly still shocked by the blatant ignoring of my message before I requested said cancellation. Customer service needs to do better.
