We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the continental US. Actual services available and appropriate charges will vary according to your zip code. Upgraded delivery charges will be added when selected. Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. In-stock items are estimated to usually arrive within 3-9 business days (depending on the carrier and excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Our warehouses, shipping carriers and customer contact center are closed on major holidays. Most packages will require an adult signature for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order and an additional email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and shipment information cannot be changed.
Oversize items and TVs over 37 inches will ship via specialized freight carrier (standard scheduled delivery).
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
We do not ship to freight forwarders or resellers. Most oversized items and some items that ship direct from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Additional shipping exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please give us a call at 1.866.961-7781 to request an RMA#. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
Signing for your TV or oversize merchandise:
Inspect the box: Upon delivery please carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Please know that shipping cartons are made to take some wear and tear during the shipping process and do not always indicate damage to the product itself. 2. Inspect the product: Please unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. For TVs, please pay careful attention to the TV screen. If your product arrives damaged, please refuse it and call us at 1.866.961.7781. If there is damage and the shipment is not refused at the time of delivery, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product. The deadline to claim concealed shipping damage is 2 business days from the delivery date.
TV Returns: WWStereo does not accept returns on TVs. Every television we sell carries the full manufacturer's warranty. If you are experiencing technical problems (Any Defective Issues) with your television, please contact an authorized repair center. To locate the most convenient authorized service center in your area, please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer.
*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and International Addresses. Service is available to Alaska and Hawaii via overnight and 2nd day air services for additional costs.

Expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during the checkout process. You will be charged for the cost of the upgraded service. Enhanced shipping options such as Next-Day Air are dependent upon your order and the delivery address. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. What do I do if my product is damaged or lost in transit?
If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us at 1.866.961.7781 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Our representatives will assist you with obtaining a replacement product if available. Any claims for loss must be made within 60 days of intended receipt of the merchandise by calling 1.866.961.7781.
