Extended Holiday Returns
We have extended our return and exchange period so you can shop with confidence and stress-free this holiday season. For your convenience,all eligible items purchased between November 1st and November 30th, 2018 can be returned or exchanged through January 31st, 2019. All other return conditions still apply.
*Eligible items include all items sold by World Wide Stereo with the exception of:
- Televisions larger than 32" in size
- Furniture, and other oversized product shipped via a Motor Freight Carrier
- Special order items or clearance merchandise
- Car audio equipment that has been installed or where wires have been cut
- Opened Games, Software or Media of any kind (CD, DVD, VHS, Flash Drives, etc.)
How do I return a product?
Step 1: Call us at 1.866.961.7781
Please have your order number ready to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
Please note that your return will not be accepted without an RMA#. RMA #s are valid for 14 calendar days after the time it is issued.
Step 2: Pack Carefully:
All Returns and Exchanges must be double boxed (the manufacturer's box must be inside of another box designed for shipping). Please pack the product in its original manufacturers packaging with all original contents, and then pack the product box inside of an unmarked cardboard shipping box and secure it with packing material. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a damage or restocking fee.
Ship the item back to our warehouse
Cover or remove any old shipping labels and tracking numbers on the shipping box and ship your return to the address provided with your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us.
What if my product is defective?
When calling us, please indicate that your product is defective. During our 60 day return period, any Eligible* products that are deemed to be defective may be exchanged free of charge for a new, working unit. Certain products will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired. *Please see above for items that are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt in our returns center. In the event where returned merchandise is not in its original condition or is missing packaging, manuals, accessories or other components, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, was previously installed, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing, a partial refund may be given or the return may be refused. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
