The phone was as described, new, unlocked and in a sealed box. It works great. I am very happy with my purchase and the seller. I did have an issue with the charger but the seller was awesome in addessing that. It seems I had a bad charger but the seller could not know this since it was a brand new phone in a sealed box. The seller immediately sent out a replacement. I did some research on this and it seems that some Galaxy S10's did have some charging issues.
