As described. Watch came open-box, but had protective plastic still on it and all the accessories undisturbed (so, it matches the "New" condition). Seller may do this to record the serial number and guard against undesirable buyers who claim "empty box" on receipt. If you have an old Urbane that's suffered the reported OLED screen issues, get one of these before they run out! I'm considering buying another!

Was sent the wrong item, seller's packaging was careless, the box had 2 address labels on it, and I received the item that was to go to another person. I had to go to the trouble of returning it, and got a refund, but never received the item I had ordered. Tried communicating with them via a note in the return box but got no response and got an irrelevant response when I sent a note through eBay. Was a bad transaction and terrible communication. Would never deal with them again.
