Not sure why you say that you had difficulty having us communicate with your shipper when we advised you we had not heard from them after contacting them. We were previously located in the same city of Santa Ana as your shipper and moved our warehouse in December 75 miles north to Valencia. I got the impression that Daniella didn't believe us and that we were just trying to make it difficult for her. Your shipper made it difficult to agree on an appt. while we were out of state for a funeral.
