Blade dulled after 4 normal cuts. Probably not seller’s fault (although blade arrived without identifying packaging, so could be counterfeit?). I related my negative experience to seller, but I received no response. Probably best to avoid this seller.

My item was not as described and photographed. It was missing major components, though they were present in the pics. What was there was not in "Open Box" condition. For the first week after I reported the problem to them they were non-responsive. After my second report, they only responded with a request for a picture of what I received, which I sent the same day despite no value in resolving the problem. It has now been ten days, nothing to suggest they are working the problem or resolution.
