Our operation is a small, finely tuned machine organized to bring you the best price for quality, promptly shipped products.  To help us to be as efficient as possible, we have made a list of frequently asked questions that will in most cases answer your inquiry in full.  If you still have a question after browsing this list, you can email us at the address located at the bottom of this email.

1. When will my order ship? Or Where is my Order?
Most orders are shipped next business day.  For orders placed Friday afternoon or on the weekends, most orders will leave Monday.  However, some may ship Tuesday on order heavy weekends.  You will receive a tracking # by email once your order is shipped (from USPS or Fedex, and from Ebay when tracking is posted).  Please notify us if you have not received any order correspondence within 3 business days.

2. I have not seen my tracking # yet.  Do you have one for me?
A tracking number is sent to your email address once your package has shipped.  See #1 above for standard shipping times.  Note that the tracking number is sent to your registered eBay or Paypal email address.  In addition, you should always make sure this email is not sorted out by your anti-spam software or in your junk mail folder.  Please notify us at the email address below if you have not received a tracking number or any order correspondence from us after 3 business days. 

3Do you have more specifications on product “X”?
Most, if not all, of the information available for a specific product is listed on the auction or on our website.  Please look it over once again to make sure you did not overlook the information listed.  We cannot respond to emails requesting product information that is already posted.  Please email us at the address below if you need product information that is usually generally available for other product but somehow is missing from our listings.

4Can I order more at the same auction price?
Yes, in most cases we can sell more to you at the same auction price as long as the auction did not start at $1 or less.  For smaller items, such as brackets, cables, covers, and speaker pairs, the extra shipping cost is just $2.50 per item.  For larger items, such as speakers with cabinets, the full shipping cost must be added to each additional item.  If the Ebay invoice is not correct, do not pay yet and email us to send a revised invoice.  We reserve the right to limit additional quantities ordered on an auction.

5Do you combine shipping?
As above, we do combine shipping on smaller items.  For smaller items, such as brackets, cables, covers, and speaker pairs, the extra shipping cost is just $2.50 per item.  For larger items, such as speakers with cabinets, each carton is sent separately and there is no combined shipping or cost savings.

6Can you give me a volume discount?
Sorry, only in the case of #4 above are volume discounts available.

7Did you receive my payment?
If you are paying by cashier’s check or M.O., we will send you a tracking number confirmation the day we receive your payment.  If you are paying by a personal check, we must wait up to 10 business days for it to clear.  If you received a confirmation email from Paypal, then we have received your electronic payment.  Based on this information, if it has been more that 5 days from when you think you should have received your tracking #, please email us at the address below

8I need a different color item than the auction.  How do I specify this?
Most auctions are for a specific color.  Unfortunately, we cannot substitute colors on these auctions.  For auctions that state you should specify a certain color, the color must be specified in the payment email.  If you change your mind or send the color request in a separate email, your request may or may not be granted, since these emails/requests could be missed and your product may have already gone out.

9. I tried to call you, but no one answers.  How do I get a hold of you?
We operate M-F 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.  Sometimes, all of our sales staff is busy with other customers, in a meeting, or out on the warehouse floor.  If you leave a name, call-back phone number, and a brief message as to the nature of your call, we will return it promptly.  THE PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION IS AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW.

10I left positive feedback, when will you leave positive feedback for me?
We leave positive feedback in bulk.  You will get it soon!

11. Can you please send me the total I owe you?
You will receive a winning bidder confirmation email from Ebay (and also an immediate chance to pay with a Paypal link).  It will contain the total amount due.  If you have shipping or total price related issues that you cannot resolve manually with a manual Paypal payment, please email us at the address below and we can send you revised Paypal invoice.

12. Are able to ship to Canada or other International destinations?
We can only ship smaller items (<10 lbs) such as cables and brackets to destinations outside the U.S lower 48.  For international shipments, we only ship by USPS Priority Mail tracked, which is considerably higher in shipping costs.  In addition, warranties are not valid outside the U.S. fifty states.  If additional shipping is required, we will notify you.

13. Do you still have product “X”?  Where can I get product “X”?
Please check
www.vidsonix.com for current stock status on our items.  If an item is not on auction, it may be only currently available at our website, or from our international online distributors.  Please note that in most cases if an item is out of stock at www.vidsonix.com, it will be out of stock elsewhere.

14. I tried to pay by credit card, but it did not let me pay.  What do I do?
When you check-out on Ebay, make sure to select the Paypal option, in which you can pay by credit card through this Paypal portal (you do not need a Paypal account).  If you accidentally select another option, please email us and we can reset/resend the invoice.
