Damaged Goods: All merchandise
is in "as described" condition when leaving Vertex Automotive. If a part is
broken or lost, it is the receivers responsibility to initiate contact to
the shipping carrier. Do not return the damaged part to us. First notify the
carrier and file a damage report and receive a claim number. If you do not
follow the proper procedure and return the damaged part to us, the carrier
will not cover the loss. All items shipped by us are insured for their full
value. If you are unsure as to how to proceed with a claim, contact one of
our customer service representatives. A claim for a broken or missing part
must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
Limited Liability: Vertex Automotive will not be responsible or
liable for labor, damage incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the price of the product.
