A: No, our agreement with eBay is to charge shipping and handling fees per item rather than per cart.
Q: Will you remove the prices from the invoice for this gift order?
A: While we do not offer gift receipts, we are happy to remove the invoice from the package completely. The best way to ensure this is to write [NO INVOICE] in the name field of the shipping address.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Due to our agreement with eBay, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. Please contact us promptly indicating that you would like to have the order canceled and we’ll do our best to stop the package from shipping to the wrong address. Please know that we cannot guarantee that the order can be caught and canceled. If the package does ship to the wrong address and is returned to us, only the price of the item will be refunded.
Q: What methods of shipping do you offer?
A: We offer two methods of shipping with the USPS, which include FREE Economy shipping with delivery within 3-14 business days and a Standard shipping method for $3.99 with delivery within 3-7 business days. These estimated delivery times do include the two day processing time.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to Germany (or any country outside of the United States)?
A: We do not offer international shipping.
Q: I want to re-order from you with a different shipping address after my order was canceled, but I can’t find the item in your storefront.
A: Once you’ve received confirmation from us that the order was canceled, please allow up to 24 hours for the listing to re-appear.
