do not use this seller. worst experience on Ebay since 2002. No communication at all. Kept my money tied up until Ebay issued a refund. I have never given a negative feedback rating until now. I asked almost every day to either ship my item or refund me with no response. I am amazed at your reactions you seem to be a large company. Maybe you should leave Ebay if you can't attend to it.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Sold a product they didn't have, finally called 3 days after payment, I accepted a part I didn't originally want but then told them I would pay for expedited shipping because I was now behind schedule for the build. I was told that they would take care of it and make it 3 day. Well they didn't, shipped it ground and now I will not have my part in time for the deadline. When contacted about it... Oh, sorry. No type of reconciliation at all. Do not buy!
