Our No Hassles Returns Policy
We accept returns for any reason as long as the product is unused and is in its original condition and packaging. Customers have 30 days from the day they received the item to return their purchase, no questions asked. We will reimburse the return shipping for the following types of returns:
Damaged or defective items
Wrong item sent
Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. We believe in making returns as simple as possible, so if you have any issues with your purchase please contact us right away so we can resolve your concerns.
Upon receiving the item and verifying its condition, we can issue a refund or send a replacement per the buyer's preference. If an item is returned used and unsellable after the customer claims that the item is unused, we cannot issue a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee because we expect returns that are not classified as damaged in transit or defective to be re-sellable and in its original listed condition.
Once the item is used, we can no longer accept returns for the health or beauty product due to health and sanitary reasons.
