This ($1400 bucket for my U25) is the second large item I have purchased from them. The shipper name and tracking number were wrong (USA Attachments knew it) and they did not tell me until I contacted them. This caused a 4 day delay in my delivery and I missed my window on non-rainy days. This will eventually add THREE WEEKS to the job I needed to do. Something as simple as letting me know would have fixed all of this. Good products, but poor customer service IMHO is causing me big trouble.

Not sure why all the confusion. The original tracking # 017-7826088 for Estes Freight was the correct shipping information. I tracked it again and it showed up delivered ( of course). The order was entered in our system on 2/20/24 and shipped on 2/22/24 the Estes Freight tracking info was submitted thru ebay on the 2/22/24 On 2/25/24 you stated the DHL number was incorrect,. DHL was never mentioned as the carrier I replied back to you on 2/26/24 with the same correct info. John
