How long does it take to receive my order?
Items are shipped out usually the next business day or same day after payment is made or clears - when using e*check . The average shipping time for First Class Packages is 2 to 5 days and Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days.
Are the personalized ribbons pre-cut or will I receive a continuous piece?
When possible we do our best to send a continuous / whole piece of ribbon. For instance if you order 10 yard of ribbon then you get one cut on 5/8”, 7/8”, and 1 ½”. Our 3/8” ribbon are pre cut and rolled due to the volume of sales on these items; however, if you need a continuous cut of the 3/8” just ask and I will be more than happy to accommodate you.
Do the same colors of different ribbon types match?
The same colors in different ribbon types may not always match exactly do to different dye lots when the ribbons are manufactured or if they are from different manufacturers. Most of the time they do match.
What if I cannot find or see what I am looking for?
Please do not hesitate to email us with the ribbon style or pattern that you are looking for as we may have it in stock already and just not listed yet. If we do not have it, then with our many vendor sources, we should be able to get it for you or custom order the ribbon.
Can I email you my order rather than sorting through you store and buying each individual item.
Of course you may email us directly with your order.
Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases, if purchased at the same time. On qualifying purchases, you pay the shipping price for the first item and each additional items shipping cost is $.10
We ship worldwide and will give international shipping quotes upon request when the shipping and handling if not noted in the auction. Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not pre-pay VAT, duties, or tariffs that may be due to your country when you import items from us. Customers may be required to pay these fees to the courier upon delivery. Please be aware this can increase your total cost substantially. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for further information. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.
We use USPS first class mail for most Domestic packages, unless the order is large and then we ship your order via Priority Mail. You can always upgrade your shipping or even request for a overnight shipping for an additional fee.
