Item did not ship on date the label was created. It shipped a week and half later. I tried 3 times to reach out to them to tell them when I needed it , noticed it wasn't shipped. I never heard back from them once. I ordered this for a special occasion and it should have been here if they had not waited so long to ship. I will not be ordering from them again. Product was in original packaging but was pretty beat up. Not upset about that but wanted to advise.

I am glad that I finally got my lipstick. It was shipped from Florida to NY and i was tracking it because it was taking an usual amount of time to get here, i noticed that it arrived in NY at a process center and then went back to Florida. That is on USPS but i did email the shop 2 different times to inquire and i was never responded to at all- Communication is important and I don’t appreciate not being acknowledged at all.
