1. Do you ship
overseas?
Yes. In addition
to servicing the United States, Tri-State1 currently accepts eBay orders from
Canada, U.K., and Australia. Order shipping to the U.K. and Australia must be
paid for via Paypal.
2. Do you ship to APO/FPO's?
Yes. We gladly
ship to all APO & FPO address.
3. What are the
shipping charges and fees?
Shipping charges and
insurance within the US are clearly specified on the item page. In most
circumstances, shipping to Canada, U.K. and Australia are also posted on the
item page, but in the event that they are not, please email us for a shipping
quote.
4. How long does it
take to get the product to US/Canada?
Every eBay order is processed
within 1 business day and are normally shipped one business after that. Expected
delivery date will vary from location to location. Orders shipping outside the
United States should expect a longer in-transit time.
5. What accessories
and warranty are included with your products?
In most cases - unless
otherwise specified - all items come accompanied with a warranty and come
equipped with all the MFR included accessories. If a listing is unclear, please

leave feedback?
Please understand that with
so many eBay customers it is nearly impossible to manually leave a feedback for
each customer. eBay currently recommends it's large sellers to automate this
feedback process by using their feedback tool under Selling Manager.

What is your return policy?
We will honor a 7 day
exchange policy on all defective merchandise. All returns are for exchange only.
If it is after the 7 day period, or if the item is not defective, but you would
like to return it anyway, please email us for any specific charges you may
incur.

Do you accept paypal?
Absolutely! We
accept Paypal for eBay transactions, and as long as the payment is made via eBay
checkout, we will accept payments from all our accepted shipping locations.
10. Can I pick up the
winning auction from your New York City store?
While we do not recommend
picking up items from our store, we can arrange for a pickup on many items in
our eBay store. All items will have to be shipped to our store, and so full
shipping & handling as well as New York City Sales Tax must be paid
regardless.Winning bidder must call our store at 1-212-633-6099 prior to picking
up item to make proper arrangements. No item can be picked up without calling
first.
