Delivery Confirmation, Undeliverable, and “Lost” Merchandise:
Merchandise that is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS is the responsibility of the buyer and not subject to refund or replacement. Buyer should contact their USPS postman to attempt to locate the delivered merchandise. Merchandise returned to Trenz Shirt Company as “undeliverable” for any reason will be re-shipped to a valid address if buyer pays for re-shipment. Merchandise may be considered “lost” if no tracking or delivery confirmation is available. Merchandise shipped domestically is not considered “lost” until 30 days after shipping. Merchandise shipped internationally is not considered “lost” until 60 days after shipping. Lost merchandise will be replaced (if available) after specified time period has elapsed if buyer pays for re-shipment. All replacements are subject to availability.
