 Q: Easier Combined shipping!
  A: Combined S&H is available to save you money? Place two or more items in your cart, the check-out will allow it to automatically weighed together and a new combined S&H price should appear.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Return Policy is 30 days for all media related items; including books, CD's and Vinyl Records.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Media mail arrives in 5- 10 days after you paid! Large items take up to 21 days! Priority orders arrive pretty quickly! We ship each day from 9:00 AM Monday through Friday at least by 3 PM. You can track it in your account with the tracking number.
 Q: How much is the USA Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Items we ship are priced by weight and base shipping option you select. Insured Priority mail is available. Media related items like 8MM Films, Super 8 films, Books, CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl records can ship by the Media Mail method.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Please see the item for locations it can be shipped to. We do not ship certain items internationally, mostly larger items, electronics and lithium batteries as per US Postal code.
 Q: Will you ship with invoices? Can I get Insurance?
  A: No invoices are enclosed, please print transaction detail page for your own hard copy. We buy the insurance only if we need it!

  A: TreasureCollector.com has been in business since 1998, and have more than one outlet, service, source and store! We prefer you to Contact Jeff directly for TreasureCollector.com through the message system for quick response.
 Q: Does "My shipping address" need to be accurate before I Pay?
  A: Use the Ebay Message system to make corrections directly to us if you mistakenly gave us a bad address. Remember you should make sure that you have an up to date, shipping address, and email address when buying through Ebay. That way the packages are correctly shipped the first time.
 Q: Do I need an email address?
  A: We don't need it and we don't save it! But it is needed in your Ebay account and Paypal.com email address should be valid before buying from us. This way you receive the information about the order. We don't send un-solicited email nor wish to receive any.
 Q: Do you ship to my country?
  A: Maybe! We ship to USA, FPO, APO addresses and Australia, Canada, Caribbean, Central America, Japan, Poland, South America, South Korea, United Kingdom, and Western Europe. Customs and Laws won't allow many Movies in to country's in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and The Middle East.
 Q: How can I contact TreasureCollector.com?
  A: Use Ebay message center to handle communication with us. We do answer all messages, customer support 8AM -9PM ESDT Sunday to Friday.
 Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
  A: No. We can no longer accept checks. We can still accept money orders for some ebay's allowed items, some local pick-ups or people who buy non-Ebay items.
 Q: Do you accept international money orders?
  A: Yes. We prefer only International Postal Money Orders in US Dollars or US Bank payable Money Orders!
 Q: The Item has free shipping! Do you need insurance?
  A: No insurance option is available through Ebay. However most expensive items are insured by us anyway and we add it as needed.
 Q: I am sending this as a gift. Do you drop ship with invoices?
  A: No, we send a lot of gifts every year to thousands of people and we will not put anything in the box that displays a price. Sellers name appears in the return address only! Just let whoever you are sending it to, know to expect a gift from us TreasureCollector.com. Please use the invoice we sent you as a receipt or payment receipt.
