RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES
- You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
- If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
- If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.
- Any return of product is also considered a cancellation of the ebay auction since the transaction was not completed and is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the final auction value or $5, whichever is greater.
RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES
- Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable under our 30 Day Return Policy.
- Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
- The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
- The item MUST BE free of hair.
- The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes or boots (does not apply to shoe covers or boot tops)
- CD's, wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Party supplies
- Include your original packing slip and write reason for return or exchange on the back
- If you do not have it, write your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for return/exchange

Important Costume Exchange Information
If you need to return a costume for an exchange during the busy Halloween season, it is suggested that you reorder the size/items that you need immediately. Otherwise, it may take up to 3 weeks for the return/exchange process to be completed. Contact customer service through ebay so that they can make the proper adjustments to your account. Please make sure to leave your full name, phone number, your original order number AND your new order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will refund your cost of shipping for the new order if you are returning/reordering for an exchange.
