This item was supposed to be a Refurb, but I can find nothing on it that isn't BRAND NEW! It is in tremendous condition. Shipping was fast, especially considering that the package weighed almost 100 pounds. UPS was a bit rough on the box, but fortunately, nothing INSIDE was damaged or lost. ALL of the included accessories were safely packed inside. The FIT Ultimate appears to be sold out now, but I would HIGHLY recommend this seller, if you are looking for a great deal on a different Total Gym!!

I contacted the seller before purchasing my refurbished Total Gym and received a response the next day! I ordered my Total Gym and unfortunately, it was the week with the major blizzard that went through the Midwest. My order did get slightly delayed but still came in less than a week! After getting my Total Gym set up, I did find a few scuffs here and there, and the squat stand seems to be gently used, but other than that, it is in great shape. Overall I'm satisfied with my order, and saved $
