The receiver hitch was easy to fit once I dropped the spare tire from under the vehicle. The shipping to Mexico was expensive, $200 USD and then we paid another $55.00 U.S. to DHL for customs and duty on arrival. But a second box of plastic fenders for a truck (not to fit our Xterra) was attached and addressed to me and I am having trouble contacting the seller to ask how they want me to return this as it isn’t mine. If they don’t answer soon (I’m in hold) I will just sell it locally.

Shipping wasn't through the advertised company which was frustrating. I received a part that was damaged. Seller was able to come up with a quick and easy solution. What started as a negative transaction, became a positive one. Their communication and understanding is what makes them a great seller!

Horrible Seller who doesn't deserve a positive rating. Advertised shipping through FedEx and shipped through UPS. Received damaged flares and thought it was all good because of a partial refund that would've been enough to cover paint but that wasn't the end of it. They didn't even send me the correct flares for my car. The measurements were wrong. They were not new as described and appeared to be someone's return. Item is going back and I will never purchase from these people ever again!
