I would not recommend this company and will not be buying from them again. The product I received was MISADVERTISED. Customer service was rude, delayed the process for my question multiple times, and over charged me for what I received as the photo showed 1 more part. In the end nothing pleasant, no offers other than "you can return it if you want". Well if you like things correct or expect service from customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM TOOLUP.

I'm rating this seller "positive" though I had to cancel my order due to a mistake of ordering a thiner sheating then I need based on my need to kill grass/weeds in a field of rough grass/weeds. My rating is based on their quick response to acknowledge my requests to cancel my order until I sort out my need. That said, as I write this feedback I'm waiting for confirmation to my "request to cancel" of my order. I'm rating all 5 stars due to their great/quick response on this new product.
