Supplier was quick to replace first saw that did not seem to work right in orbital mode. Provided free shipping label for return of original saw. My only issue is that the order did not include the same items that come with a new saw, as the Ebay refurbished description says. New saw comes with owner manual and a pack of 5 assorted Makita blades. This came with no manual and one loose blade. Still a good value -- just not as described.

Fast shipping. Much less in price than the orange one at my local Stihl dealer. It was shipped securely and it's a good thing it's built so rugged because UPS sure beat hell out of it. The box it came in arrived in TWO pieces! There can be no logical excuse for that except the people get paid the same no matter how they perform their work. I do have pictures as to how it arrived but since it's completely assembled and undamaged, I'll not go to the trouble of downloading a picture.
