You should always check the details of our listings. The information in the listing takes precedence over these policies. Although exceptions to these policies are rare, it does happen for specialty items and some promotions. These policies are broad and in cases where there is an exception to these terms and promises, it will be noted on that particular listing. Be an informed buyer- read the information provided with each listing.

When purchasing, always note the shipping cost associated with an item to find the total cost. Always examine the sellers feedback- the current, the totals and the ratio of good to bad. Remember the positive feedback is an indication of repeat buyers. Take a look at how long the seller has been in business. Taking notice of all of these factors- information which is provided at a glance on the seller's feedback page- will ensure a positive buying experience. Reputation is important. Examine the feedback from sellers- it really is that important.

Returns and Refunds
We know how hesitant some people can be when shopping online. That is why we have 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our items. If once you receive the item you change your mind and don't want the item anymore- let us know and we will refund the cost of the item less postage once it is returned. You don't even have to rush to send it back. Take your time- you have a full 30 days to return the item.

If the item is defective or not as described, we not only refund your money for the cost of the item, but also will reimburse your original shipping plus the shipping to send it back to us.

When returning an item, please email us to let us know that it is being returned and the reason for the return. That helps us a lot. Especially if the item is not as described; allowing us to make corrections to our listing as quickly as possible.

US domestic orders are shipped insured with delivery confirmation- it is already part of the listed shipping cost. If the item is received damaged or after 3 weeks from the shipment date the order still has not shown up, the cost of the item plus shipping is refunded.

All returns must be smoke free, with original tags when applicable and in like condition that it was received in. To ensure accurate credit for the item, please be sure to include a note indicating the reason for the return, the eBay user id used to purchase the item and the listing item number.


Payments

Paying for your items is simple and easy. Once your item closes, you will receive an email with a link to your checkout page. All of your items purchased from us will be included in your shopping cart once they have closed. Please note that items must be paid for within seven days.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that when paying with PayPal, you will actually be redirected from the checkout page to PayPal's website to complete the process.

We also accept bank wires, but please note there is an additional charge for this service.

All payments must be completed through our checkout system.

We offer discounted shipping rates for combined orders- both domestic and international destinations are eligible. To receive your combined discounted rate, follow the instructions in the Item Closing Confirmation email on how to obtain the promotional code required at checkout time.

Each of our listings should contain a separate shipping rates for
international and Canadian destinations. If a rate is not include either
