Just as described and arrived on time, just wrong address. Seller told me they had pictures of tire in garage with vehicle, which did not apply to me at all. I think address should've been confirmed before telling me about the pictures. That's my only complaint with this seller. Prompt response to my inquiry none the less

The tire was shipped to a Firestone tire store. I also paid $24.99 for installation of the tire there. When I went to the Firestone store, a man named Rocco said they didn’t do pre-paid tire installation and he said he didn’t recall receiving my tire. He went into the work area and eventually found my tire. I asked how much to install my tire: $27.98. I had the tire installed there. BOTTOM LINE: don’t purchase tire installation when buying tires on eBay. I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THIS SELLER

I ordered a tire that had a very small hole in it. I understand that the seller didn't see it when selling it. They likely had someone sell them this used tire who mislead them into thinking nothing was wrong with it. I'm very happy and grateful that the seller asked for photos and that they then VERY quickly refunded my money. Things go wrong. Good people and good companies stand out when they make that right and take care of the customer. That's an increasingly rare thing these days.++
