This seller provided us with an integrity-filled experience that is refreshing in this day and age. Our package got delayed in the mailing process. The seller was easy to communicate with about the situation. We agreed upon a date at which a refund would be issued if there was no movement. On that date, as it seemed the package was most likely lost, the seller provided a refund. Weeks later, the package did arrive. The seller's excellent customer service will cause us to be return customers!

The coin came with a detailed invoice in a nice thick plastic bag, albeit in just a paper bubble mailer. A layer of bubble wrap would have been nice for an over $300 coin slab but other than that it shipped fast and was exactly as described

This is a really nice piece, and it’s proven pretty hard to find. It looks just like it was advertised in the listing, maybe even a little better in person actually. The shipping was reasonably quick and the seller used quality packaging to make sure it arrived undamaged which I really appreciated. Overall I am really satisfied with the quality, price, shipping, and the experience overall. I would use this seller again!
