The wheel and tires were well packaged and arrived safely. I did find a nail in one of the tires which was not mentioned in the description. After messaging the seller and sending a photo, the seller claims they didn't see it. I asked for a small refund for the cost of patching the tire but seller refused.

Not totally sellers fault, EBAY listed an item that had been sold already. eBay made it an inconvenience too, 1) because I didn't get my item. 2)But the cancelation process is ridiculous. You cannot cancel after like 1hour of purchase, but was not notified until like a day or so later. Then Seller said they could not cancel the item eBay had to do it.
